Order Processing Time

  • All personalised orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Method

  • Orders are shipped via trusted local courier services.

  • Tracking numbers will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • West Malaysia: 1–3 working days

  • East Malaysia: 3–7 working days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location and order size.

  • Any ongoing shipping promotions will be clearly stated on our website or social media.

Incorrect Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

  • Arya Pastel is not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the customised nature of our products, please read our return policy carefully.

Personalised Items

  • All personalised or custom-made products (including names, logos, designs, or colours selected by customers) are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-RETURNABLE, unless:

    • The item received is defective

    • The item is incorrect due to our error

Non-Personalised Items

  • Non-customised items may be eligible for return within 3 days of receiving the product, provided:

    • Item is unused, in original condition and packaging

    • Proof of purchase is provided


REFUND POLICY

Refunds

Refunds are only applicable under the following circumstances:

  • Defective items

  • Incorrect items sent by Arya Pastel

Refund Process

  1. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide clear photos/videos of the defect or issue.

  3. Our team will review and respond within 2 working days.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the situation.

  • Refund processing may take 5–10 working days, subject to bank processing time.

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Change of mind

  • Colour differences due to screen settings

  • Minor variations in handmade or customised products

  • Errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer
